Stoney Meadows wins NOVA AIA design award.

Reader & Swartz Architects, P.C. recently won a design award from the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The Award of Merit in Historic Architecture was for Stoney Meadows, a private residence in Rappahannock County, Virginia.

Songbird Lane wins Remodeling Magazine award.

Our office won a national design award from Remodeling magazine, for the Songbird Lane House in Frederick County. This house won a Merit award in the “green” (sustainable) architecture category. View project page.

Jury duty.

Firm principal Beth Reader, AIA recently served on the design award juries of two national publications, Custom Home and Builder magazines.
