Stoney Meadows wins NOVA AIA design award.
Reader & Swartz Architects, P.C. recently won a design award from the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The Award of Merit in Historic Architecture was for Stoney Meadows, a private residence in Rappahannock County, Virginia.

Songbird Lane wins Remodeling Magazine award.
Our office won a national design award from Remodeling magazine, for the Songbird Lane House in Frederick County. This house won a Merit award in the “green” (sustainable) architecture category. View project page. newsletter_songbird_01
